A video has hit the web, showcasing the multitasking talents of a purported white iPhone 4, yes the same white iPhone now up for pre-order. Instead of double tapping the home button to display a row of icons, now you’ll see an enlarged view of each open application — very reminiscent to Google Honeycomb’s interface. With Apple suing Samsung over its TouchWiz interface mimicking iOS, today’s video couldn’t have come at a better time.
Apple knows the expression ‘showing up late to the party’ all too well. After a 10 month hiatus, Bloomberg is reporting the mythical white iPhone 4 will arrive in a matter of weeks. Lots of iPhone 4 owners have craved a 64GB model but up until now packing that much flash memory into the phone has been too pricey. Could the iPhone 5 come in a 64GB incarnation? We hope so. And a white iPhone 5? Well, we’d be willing to bet Apple gets that one right this time.
