Sales of the Microsoft Xbox 360 console have pushed up profits for Microsoft’s games division by 16 per cent in the last three months. But the company’s revenues overall have dropped by six per cent compared to 2008, the first time revenue has dropped in 23 years of being a publicly listed company.
