It’s not everyday you get to show off your lightsaber skills in front of Darth Vader first thing in the morning. But that’s exactly what we did just a few hours ago, when we among the first in the country to trial a new Star Wars ‘Jedi Workout’ that could soon be hyper-driving its way to gyms across the country. Kitted out with our own lightsaber, it was time to get down with Darth himself for a workout fit for a Sith Lord.
