We don’t usually get arty farty here at Electricpig towers, but this time, it involves lasers. As of last night, the Tate Liverpool and FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) art galleries were connected by a giant green glowing laser beam. The laser beam travels 800 metres as the crow flies, as part of the exhibition by new media artist Nam June Paik and to mark the 50th anniversary of the laser.
