At CES we saw a whole raft of massive TVs, from the LG 84″ ultra definition 3D TV, to the Sharp 3D ready Aquos 70″ TV. Sharp in particular seemed to be running with the idea that bigger was better, despite the fact that most of us can’t fit its Aquos TV in our living rooms. What do you think? Is a bigger TV always a better TV? Click and tell, and drop us a line in the comments to tell us what you think is most important when shopping for a TV.

At CES 2011 we saw some of the first dual core smartphones announced. Headed to our shores is the Motorola Atrix, which has enough muscle to power a laptop dock, and the LG Optimus 2X. If we’re lucky we might also get a look in with a UK friendly version of the Samsung Infuse 4G. But do you want a super powered smartphone? Click and tell…

The price leaks for the BlackBerry PlayBook put it on a level with the Advent Vega, over £100 cheaper than an unlocked BlackBerry Torch, and way below an iPad. But are these prices too good to be true? Later on today we’ll be getting locked down for the Apple event, which starts in the UK at 6pm. But what’s going to be announced? There’s been a leak today by Apple itself, confirming iLife ’11, and probably the MacBook Air. There are also some heavy handed clues in the press invite, the glimpse of a Lion behind an Apple logo, but as we well know here at Electricpig towers, Apple have a habit of bringing out extra surprise announcements. The last Apple event invite featured a guitar, but on top of new iPods, Apple also announced Apple TV. So while there are safe bets to be made today, there’s lots more that’s still in the runnings: Apple TV app store anyone?

What do you think is coming? Click and tell, choose more than one, and drop us your hunches and wildcard guesses…
