The Sony S1 and Sony S2 Android tablets have been teasing us for months. First Sony showed them off in a pair of pretty pictures back in April then we got a cool Sony Android tablet video teaser last month but still no proper specs. Now we’ve got another intriguing look at them but this time they’re out in the wild.

While the chatter is all in Italian, the first clip stills gives you a good look at the Sony S1 running the PlayStation Suite. In the second video, both the Sony S1 and the clamshell Sony S2 get handled. If you get past the language barrier and smudgy screens, it’s a nice tour of the hardware we can expect to see in September…

Xperia Play Experience Pack: the new killer accessory bundle?Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo were not the only big players making moves at E3 this week. Sony Ericsson quietly announced the Xperia Play Experience Pack, a sweet little bundle which includes the DK300 multimedia dock, a pocket USB cable, a music cable to connect the dock to your audio system and the possibility of downloading three free games from Gameloft.

O2 Xperia Play launch delayed: no dice for April 1stThe Xperia Play launch scheduled for April 1st has hit a roadblock for the UK’s O2 network. The carrier confirmed software issues will delay the release on the company’s official blog this morning. According to Stuart Hibber, head of O2’s testing team, “sometimes we discover bugs and issues on a phone… we’ve been working with Sony Ericsson to get these bugs ironed out”.
