The Pioneer CDJ-2000 knocked the socks, or should that be headphones, off the tech press at its London unveiling last night. It’s a DJ controller, but one intent on banishing laptops from the dancefloor.
It’ll hook up to USB sticks or hard drives full of music, as well as connecting to other kit using IP technology. It’ll also play CDs, and automatically records your mixes, so you can review them later on to fine-tune your turntablism. Check out our hands-on photos to see it in action!

Morning all. Time to start the day the healthy way, with a big bowl of all the breaking tech headlines. They’re all ready and waiting in techie breakie, so read on and fill up.
