O2 is bringing free Wi-Fi to London to coincide with the Olympics. So any tourists sashaying around our fair city will assume this is how we live all the time.

Sites around the West End – including Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus – will be equipped with free Wi-Fi by the end of the month.

So here we are in day two of the O2 service outage. Anyone with an O2 phone should be able to make calls now, according to the network, but the 3G is still borked.
