Well, it’s one use for your old phone anyway. Nokia’s crafted a couple of benches for tired phone obsessives to sit on here at Nokia World, and they’re made entirely out of recycled handsets. Would you rather do this than sell yours on?
The Nokia N8‘s 12 megapixel camera has certainly been one of the features Espoo’s been raving about most for the last few months, and while the resolution alone won’t kick start a discussion, this official picture book we found at Nokia World 2010 could. Can we get one for our coffee table please Nokia?

Here’s the Nokia X3 Touch and Type in the flesh. The little chap got made official last month, but here at Nokia World is the first chance we’ve had to play with the touchscreen Symbian S40 phone. Honestly, it’s been pretty much superseded by today’s Nokia C3 Touch and Type launch: this model is chunkier, cheap feeling and has a very odd 16 button arrangement, but with the typical three characters to a key still. Go for the C3, we reckon.
Nokia Plug And Touch is one of the more striking tech demos the company is showing off at Nokia World today, and it shows Microsoft doesn’t have a monopoly on controller free gesture input for your telly with Kinect.
