Armed with location data and highly-detailed maps, the new CNN app allows users to submit submitted stories, turning Nokia smartphones into real-time reporting tools. Simply snap a photo or capture video and submit an iReport to begin.

Here’s an intriguing Nokia patent application: in May 2010, Nokia submitted a patent filing for a device that looks like a Nokia N8 reborn as a tablet. The mysterious Nokia N8 tablet device has a 3.5mm headphone jack, additional ports at the top with HDMI in the mix and a pretty swish looking casing.
