That’s because Palm has been dragging its heels over the webOS Mojo SDK, which will finally allow anyone with a knowledge of programming to make their own Palm Pre apps. Fortunately for those eager to start testing the limits of Palm’s new webOS, a version of the Mojo SDK has been leaked onto the internet.
