Hideo Kojima’s studio, Kojima Productions, has been teasing its next game with an infuriating mix of rainclouds, a countdown and odd numerals popping up on its website. Is it hinting at a new Zone Of The Enders, something involving Raiden, the next Metal Gear game, or something else? The secret may be out: it’s Lords Of Shadow.

The creator of the Metal Gear Solid series, Hideo Kojima, has admitted that his company Kojima Productions is facing “pressure” from Konami to create the next Metal Gear game, despite Kojima previously stating that Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots would definitely be the last in the series.
But Kojima has laid several surprising hints as to where Metal Gear could go next as a series, even if the next game isn’t strictly a sequel to Metal Gear Solid 4
Metal Gear Solid 4 is one of the few big exclusives on the PS3, but the rumours about a version of it coming to the Xbox 360 just won’t die. And now a teaser website is hinting that Konami is all set to give Microsoft’s console some love.
UPDATE: The MGS4 demo is now available in Europe, as well as the US and Japan Stores.
Over in Japan, PS3 owners who didn’t get drawn in by the hype surrounding the launch of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots now have the chance to get a taster of Hideo Kojima’s Magnum Opus. Despite frequent assertions that there would be no demo, it is now being reported that an MGS4 demo has duly arrived on the Japanese PlayStation Store.
