Yesterday a high ranking RIM employee released a damning open letter, condemning almost every aspect of the company and pointing where it had gone wrong. And it didn’t mince words, highlighting exactly where the competition had overtaken it.

BlackBerry holders are being spoilt rotten this week. The mobile’s manufacturer RIM just confirmed they’re giving away a free program called Blackberry Wallet, letting users store important info from credit card details to postal addresses, alongside other nitty gritty details to make shopping child’s play.
