We heard whispers, but now it’s official. This morning at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the Nokia Lumia 610 was unveiled to the world. Making use of the new version of Windows Phone 7.5’s support for lower specifications, it packs Microsoft’s mobile OS into a smaller shell, and a lower pricetag. In fact, when it’s released on Pay As You Go, it could well dip under £100.
