Dyson claim to be ‘puzzled’ by a High Court ruling that the Vax Mach Zen cylinder vacuum cleaner did not infringe on a Dyson registered design, but are reacting to losing the case by throwing the question out to the masses. Dyson is asking who you think should have won. It’s a savvy move, especially since Dyson fans will outnumber Vax fans in frighteningly high ratios.

Lawsuits brought against Apple have been granted class action status today, in the wake of a clutch of iPhone 4 lawsuits filed in the last few weeks. The action challenges the AT&T and Apple exclusivity deal with hurting competition, among other things, to which Apple responded bluntly, by insisting it did not damage competition.
