Eh? This might just be a poorly-chosen photo on an online retailer but it looks as though online wholesaler Alibaba.com is selling 100-unit batches of the Shining G8000 – a mobile phone that looks not-unlike the recently shelved Kogan Agora.
When Aussie gadget makers Kogan announced that they would be launching a new Android phone before Xmas ’08, it was easy to be sceptical – given the short time frame. They did manage it (pretty much – it might not be here until the end of Jan) although it did seem a little suspicious that the only ‘photos’ of the Kogan Agora that we could find were in fact pre-rendered mockups…
