If you’ve spent years idlely dreaming of Superman-style powers of flight or James Bond gadgetry, the Jetlev Flyer could be a dream come true…assuming you have £110,000 to spend. The creation of Canadian engineer Raymond Li, the water-powered machine hovers at up to 30m in the air and can hit speeds of 22mph as you move across the water.
The Jetlev Flyer jetpack is attached to a 10m hose and an engine which also acts as a flotation device. The hose gobbles up water and send it to two nozzles on the user’s back, keeping them aloft.
