Dell has unveiled its smart new Inspiron Mini 12 notebook, a sliver of a machine at just 28mm thick and tipping the scales at a mere 1.24kg. Boasting a bigger screen than the bite-size Dell Mini 9, the freshly unveiled Mini 12 is loaded with a 12.1-inch screen.
Sharing the same design wardrobe as the Mini 9, the Dell Mini 12 looks ultra slick and is only available in polished black. Click through for a full list of specs and photos.
The dinky Dell Inspiron Mini 9 just got an update on the other side of the Atlantic, with American customers given the option to fit their laptop with a 32GB solid state drive. That’s twice the standard size for just $100, or £66 more.
Forget the MacBook Air. Turn your back on Toshiba’s latest lappies. Dell’s finally shed it’s humdrum skin to reveal brand new Inspiron laptops with tapered designs, thin shells, built in 3G and optional Blu-Ray drives. Those specs are enough to give Apple and Co the willies, and they’re on sale in the US next month.
