“Risk an early death, just do nothing” reads the caption on the UK Department of Health’s latest push to reduce childhood obesity and promote healthy living. It seems fairly run-of-the-mill at first glance, but not if you’re Sony and it’s one of your iconic PS3 control pads that’s being directly linked to childhood death. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is reportedly considering legal action against the Government’s latest Change4Life ad campaign.

Apple’s management team faced their first public grilling over Steve Jobs’ health tonight after unveiling the company’s quarterly results. Both Tim Cook, Apple’s COO and stand-in CEO, and Peter Oppenheimer, the company’s CFO, faced down investors and the press, while Jobs himself was not present to comment.
