The clever folk at design studio Nation have created the Google Blacklist Christmas tool to help you create Christmas greetings from the mildly salacious search terms that won’t throw up results in Google Instant. Google Instant has been the Speedy Gonzalez of search on laptops and desktops for a while now but it’s now made the jump to mobile. Google has announced a Google Instant beta for iPhone and Android 2.2. Hit Google  from a mobile browser on either platform, press the “Turn on link” and you’ll be getting delicious Google Instant results. Google New is Google’s latest way of keeping us up to date with its constant stream of new products. Hop over there and you’ll find the search supremos touting everything from the major (Google Instant) to the microscopic (rich snippets in Google Maps, tiny enhancements to AdWords). Sadly, there’s no mirrors-within-mirrors moment with Google New featured on Google New. Amazon Instant is the latest site to get a dose of the Google Instant juice. After the brilliance of iTunes Instant and YouTube Instant, the shopping site now has it’s own super-speedy version. As with all the other incarnations of Instant, Amazon Instant throws up suggestions as you type your query. It could be the perfect way of getting present inspiration and brings the experience of randomly browsing the shops to the web. Amazon Instant isn’t nearly as polished as Google Instant or the other incarnations of Instant but it’s still fun to tinker with. Anyone fancy building Electricpig Instant for us?

iTunes Instant is here! After Google Instant and the genius of YouTube Instant, the realtime search magic has been pointed at Apple’s online store. iTunes Instant is the creation of 15-year-old Stephen Ou (the brains behind two start-ups One Extra Lap and Pitch.ly). Like Google Instant and YouTube Instant, iTunes Instant throws up suggestions as you type with Ou getting a little bit of money through the iTunes affiliate programme if you click on any of the links.

While YouTube Instant’s creator got a job offer from Google, Internet entrepreneur and professional big mouth Jason Calacanis has offered to hire Ou. Want to get an instant job offer and instant internet fame? Creating a Google Instant-inspired project seems to be the answer.

The creation of Feross Aboukhadijeh, a computer science student at Stanford, YouTube Instant uses the same real-time search smarts as Google Instant.
