Good news. Channel 4 HD is headed for Freesat HD in April. Channel 4 HD will be the fourth HD channel on Freesat, sitting beside BBC One HD, the BBC HD Channel and ITV1 HD.

Sky+ HD has grabbed Five HD, just days after Ofcom announced that Five would not have a spot on Freeview HD until 2012. Sky+ HD announced that it has also snaffled up ITV 1 HD and the Hallmark Channel in HD earlier this week. Is Sky getting the jump on Freeview HD?
Freeview HD will not include Channel Five (aka Five) until at least 2012. Ofcom has announced that the channel will be excluded from Freeview HD after it failed to offer up a launch date or schedule of HD shows.
