Sony has news that will be music to the ears of the PS3 faithful. Resistance 2 has reach gold status, so it’s ready to be printed to Blu-ray disc and shipped to retailers. On top of that, if you really can’t wait until the end of next month to get playing, there’s an open beta kicking off today.

Yesterday Nokia’s new Email map rolled into Beta, but dipping beneath the surface is like opening a door to Nokia’s future plans. Listed in the Email help files are references to Contacts, Directory, Calendar and Files. Sound familiar? It should, that’s exactly what Apple’s planning for MobileMe when it hits next week.
