Hold onto your hats, Microsoft is doing the unthinkable. Rather than allowing Android Ice Cream Sandwich and iOS 5 to steal the thunder, the company has sped up the release of its Windows Phone Mango update — now on track for a September 1st release. The launch would coincide with IFA 2011 in Berlin, Europe’s biggest electronics expo.
