Kodak has just popped the lens cap off its new ZX1 pocket video camera, primed to take on the hot high definition Flip Mino HD. Like its rival the new Kodak ZX1 shoots 720p footage, saved onto an SD or SDHC memory card – it can stomach up to a 32GB card for around 10 hours of Hi-Def video.

AgfaPhoto DV-5000ZIt seems hi-def camcorders are shrinking: first the Aiptek AHD 200 popped up, and now AgfaPhoto’s DV-5000Z, which to our (admittedly ageing) eyes looks even more wee. Weighing about 200g, it captures 720p HD footage and stereo sound, shovelling it onto SDHC card.
