Sony’s Bravia Z4500 isn’t just a TV. Inside is enough new technology to qualify it as a bonafide entertainment centre. Pictures shown on the Bravia Z4500 undergo Image Blur Reduction to sharpen the original footage, frame by frame, before it is processed by Motionflow 200Hz to deliver eye-shockingly smooth visuals.
The Bravia Z4500 also treats images to Intelligent Noise Reduction to avoid picture-ruining fuzz, while Bravia Engine 2 technology makes sure colours are rich and deep.
But even that’s just scratching the surface. The Bravia Z4500 also has a USB socket, so
digital cameras and memory sticks can be connected to show photos on the Bravia Z4500’s screen, as well as an ethernet socket and DLNA certification.
DLNA stands for Digital Living Network Alliance and allows the Bravia Z4500 to connect to other devices through your home network. If you have a PC in the house, or a networked music server such as Sony’s Giga Juke it’ll let you enjoy digital pictures and music stored on them. As long as they’re on the same network, they might as well be in the same room.
Still not enough for you? How about customising the Bravia Z4500 to match your decor? As well as the standard Sterling Silver speaker grille, you can opt for the same sound cover in Obsidian Black and Ruby Red. And if you have other Sony entertainment kit in the living room, the Z4500 can take charge of it using Bravia Sync, leaving you to master just one remote control to command everything!
