If you have a 3G mobile handset and mobile data is included in your monthly tariff, then you can use your phone to connect to your mobile broadband service.
The Samsung N310 has built-in Bluetooth, and this is one of the easiest ways to connect to your phone. However, the Bluetooth standard currently only operates at speeds up to 3megabits per second, so if you do connect your phone in this manner, you may not be taking advantage of the full speed of your connection.
If your phone was supplied with a USB cable, then this can be used instead, with no loss of speed. Whichever connection method you use, if your phone came with software, such as Nokia’s PC Suite (which can also be downloaded from Nokia’s website), then this will help you connect your phone to the N310 and then use the phone to connect to mobile broadband.
