Start your own photo blog
Becoming a blogger is simple since the S-Class software inside the LG Viewty Smart comes with everything you need pre-installed. Just tap into your photos in the Viewty Smart’s gallery, choose the option menu in the top left, tap “send” and choose Blogger. You’ll be able to give your photo post a title and a description, then simply tap OK to upload it*. The Viewty Smart will take your 8 megapixel snaps and automatically resize them for the web.
If you don’t have a Blogger account set up, the phone will create one for you. If you already have a Blogger account, you’ll be able to send to that instead.
If you want to send text posts to your blog instead of photos, just tap into the main menu, scroll along the Communication bar at the top of the screen and choose Google. From here, you can tap Blogger to log in and create a new post.
Edit before you send
Now you can show your photos to the world, you’ll want them to look their best. Use the LG Viewty Smart to edit them to perfection before uploading them. Simply tap into your photo through the gallery, choose the option button in the top left and tap on ‘edit’.
Here you can edit your photo to perfection, including adding a frame, rotating the photo, or flipping it by tapping into ‘image’. When you’ve finished editing, just tap save and it’ll save to the gallery, ready for uploading.

Share your videos with the world too
The Viewty Smart doesn’t just take great photos. It also produces stunning D1-quality video at 720×480 resolution. It’s likely you’ll want to share your videos as much as your photos, and what better way than by uploading them to YouTube*?
Just tap into your clips though the Viewty Smart’s gallery, choose the option menu in the top left, tap “send” and choose YouTube. From here you’ll be able to give your clip a title and description, as well as tags so its easy to find online.
Lastly, type in your YouTube username and password, click OK and your clip will begin uploading to the web*.
Geotag your photos
If you’re taking tons of newsworthy photos, it’s a good idea to tag them with their location. It’s not complicated either, as the LG Viewty Smart and S-Class software does all the hard work. Just tap into the camera and dive into the settings menu by tapping the cog icon in the lower left corner. Now scroll through the menu dial until you reach Geo-tagging. Switch the option on, and every picture you take will be loaded with location data.
Next, take some snaps and offload them to your PC. Upload them to a photo sharing service (such as FlickR) and you’ll see they’re plotted on a map, depending where they were taken.
Keep track of what happened when
If you’re taking a lot of photos, it’s easy to lose track of which were taken when. Luckily, the LG Viewty Smart’s S-Class software has a neat calendar view. Just tap into the gallery, choose the option button in the top left and select calendar view. You’ll never struggle to pin down photos by event again!
