Cadbury is a brand that’s really jumped on board with Google+. While most of the world’s big corporate names still reckon that Facebook’s the horse to back, the chocolatier has seen the potential in Google’s social rival… The potential to turn it into chocolate, that is.
To celebrate the fact that the Cadbury UK Google+ page found its way into 500,000 users’ circles, the company has decided to faithfully recreate the webpage out of its produce.
The result, as you can see in the pic above or super-blurry Google+ Hangout video below, is fairly true to life. There’s no word on whether it’s being saved in a cool, dry place, or whether it’s been swiftly gobbled up, though.
Of course, it’s not as if Cadbury has neglected Facebook. Not at all. In fact, when the Cadbury Facebook page bagged a million likes, it celebrated by building an enormous thumbs up out of chocolate. As you do.
