Facebook and Spotify users have been handing over their emotional soundtrack to the social networking behemoth every time they play a track, revealing which songs help them through a rocky breakup as well as which tracks get them in the mood for love.

The vital option missing from Facebook Timeline

So what can we glean from the facts? Hip hop artist Drake seems to be pretty good at easing the pain, with two of the top 10 breakup tracks. The Cave, by Mumford and Sons is the best.

Meanwhile, ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’ by Jason Derulo seems to be the track of choice for the more lucky in love. We’ll let you read the rest of the list yourselves to draw your own conclusions. It’s a weird bunch:
