The Dyson Hot is a typically impressive Dyson product, taking the humble fan heater to new heights. In fact, that’s literally what the engineers at Dyson have done in a new video, by attaching it to a big bag and turning the whole thing into an improvised hot air balloon.

We’d almost go so far as to call this incredibly cool, but clearly cool has nothing to do with it. Because it’s hot, isn’t it? Anyway, it’s a very neat way of showing how the Dyson Hot pumps out heat like nobody’s business. You can buy one (balloon not included) for around £270 – but we don’t suggest you try this at home. Really.
