Max Payne 3 has had its release date pushed back from March to May, but that’s probably due to the amount of thought that’s gone into every tiny aspect of the shooter’s development. Rockstar’s latest video explains just that.

The video is the second in a series looking at the complex development process of Max Payne 3, with each one focusing on certain areas of the gameplay. This new instalment is all about the weapons and complex targeting system, while the last video went into depth on the animations and AI.

I was an enormous fan of the first two games. But they were made by Remedy (Who most recently released Alan Wake) and not Rockstar. How much difference that’ll make remains to be seen, but I’m excited nonetheless.
