The PlayStation Vita’s Japanese launch is edging ever closer. But as the date fast approaches, news is emerging of an annoying kink that will leave web-hungry gamers up in arms. See, PS Vita owners won’t be able to use the web while a game is running in the background. Read on for all the details.
When hitting the PS button on the Vita, gamers will not be able to hop onto the net, whether it’s just to snag some info on the game they’re playing or even look for nefarious ways to complete levels. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s certainly a shame.
It’s also emerged that the PS3 Vita won’t be Mac compatible at first, with plans to release the necessary software for the console to act as a storage device in the works.
