Remember the playable Angry Birds cake from earlier this year? The feast is expanding. Rovio has launched an official Angry Birds cookbook aimed at kids, and specialising in egg-based recipes. How does it go down with da yoof? We decided to ask them.
The recipes on offer are all to do with the birds’ precious produce: you can make such thematic dishes as Egg Sushi, Deviled Eggs, Chili Pepper Casserole, Egg and Hash Browns, Cheese and Egg Soufflé. Sounds, erm… Eggcellent? (Sorry).
So do these egg recipes appeal to their target market? What better way to ask them? Nokia Conversations’ Creative Director – the man behind the infamous Angry Birds cake – got his kids to have a go at making some of Rovio’s suggested meals. Here’s the result:
