The iPhone 5 will boast, as if there was ever any doubt, a beefier processor and a bigger battery. This news reaches us via a leaked photo, obtained by Weibo.com, and splaying Apple’s unreleased baby out for all to see. Ready for the money shot? It’s after the jump.
As you can see below, the A5 processor, currently powering the iPad 2, is sitting pretty at the heart of the iPhone 5. Alongside it is a larger battery which has the potential to extend battery life, depending on other factors such as screen size.
The photo also appears to confirm the iPhone 5 will have a larger speaker grille, all the better for hearing your friends’ howls of jealousy through, when you finally get your hands on one. Now, Apple, how about a release date, eh?
