Sporting the moniker Jetstream, images of an At&t-branded HTC tablet have surfaced. This tablet is in fact the fabled HTC Puccini. As HTC’s first 10-inch slate, the Puccini/Jetstream brings a solid feature set to the table including a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, 8-megapixel camera and 4G compatibility. Your HTC Flyer has just been super sized.
Rumors and renderings pale in comparison to seeing actual images of the HTC Puccini/Jetstream. Thanks to a tipster at Engadget, today we have a clear picture of what to expect when the slate launches later this year. In addition, we now know there’s 1 GB of RAM and 16GB of storage onboard. Judging from the images the HTC Puccini/Jetstream looks very similar to the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in both design and thickness.
If HTC manages to swap out the plastic for more rigid materials, the Puccini has a shot at finding a home at the EP headquarters. Will this be the Android Honeycomb tablet to beat?
