Twitter co-founder Biz Stone has revealed what went on when he and fellow co-founder Evan Williams met Mark Zuckerberg. The trio met at the Facebook offices when Mark Zuckerberg was toying with making an offer to buy Twitter but the talks were hampered by a lack of chemistry.

Interviewed by NPR, Stone agreed with host Peter Sagal when he compared the Facebook CEO to a Vulcan and declared that during the meeting “every joke I said landed like a dead fish on the ground”. Here’s some good news if you’ve been putting off picking up an iPad 2. Almost four months after the iPad 2 UK launch, supply has finally caught up with demand.

Over the weekend, Fortune spotted that US shipping estimates for the iPad 2 had dropped from three weeks to a far more manageable one to three days.

The change in the UK store isn’t quite as good but you’ll still now be able to get an iPad 2 delivered in three to five days. With any luck we’ll soon be able grab a new tablet as quickly as our friends across the Atlantic.

The BBC is hoping to harness an army of Android phone owners across Britain to build a map of mobile coverage. In a project running for the next month, it aims to map this country’s 3G and 2G data service using an Android app to automatically collect information on hotspots and notspots.

While mobile operators have their own coverage maps, the BBC believes the survey will be the first independent analysis of its kind. Read on for details on how you can take part in the project…

Last time we heard from Microsoft, the Windows Phone 7 Mango update was due to arrive in the autumn. But it seems the first Windows Phone 7 Mango handset could drop earlier, at least for folk in Japan. According to Nikkei, Fujitsu will launch the first phone packing Windows Phone 7 Mango next month.

The Fujitsu Windows Phone 7 Mango device is a waterproof model called the IS12T. It’ll be sold for between 30,000 and 40,000 yen (£235 to £313) which is pretty pricey.

Apple snubs Samsung, begins test production of A6 processor with TSMC?A storied history filled with lawsuits is hardly the foundation for a strong business partnership. In the case of Apple and Samsung, it appears the bickering has finally resulting in a change of hands for Apple’s processor production. The successor to the A5, currently residing in the iPad 2 and upcoming iPhone 4S/5, will not be produced by Samsung. According to 9to5Mac, Taiwan-based manufacturer TSMC has stepped in to replace Samsung and produce the A6 chip.
