Sony Ericsson has outed a brand new Walkman phone. The Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman was revealed on Facebook and comes with some rather eccentric features including a karaoke function that will let you switch out the vocals on any song for your dulcet tones.
The other intriguing feature of the Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman is called Zappin and promises to give you a preview of the next song’s chorus to let you decide whether you want to jump to it. Read on for more details and all the specs you need…
As you’d expect from a Walkman phone, the Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman has 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth and a FM radio with RDS. There’s micro-USB support, USB 2.0 and WiFi as well as 100MB of built-in memory and microSD card support up to 32GB.
There’s also get a 3.2MP camera and the rather old school option to customize the phone with interchangeable colour bands (which takes us back to the days of snap on covers). The Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman is set to hit the UK in Q3 2011. We’ll update you on pricing when we have it.
