Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 shoots up London landmarks [Video]

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is official, and there’s a brand spanking new launch trailer to prove it. Ready to see commandos take down Big Ben, and shoot up the London Underground? Read on to see the video.

With games expo E3 just days away, Activision has granted the world a first look at Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 in the trailer above. The action takes place across the world, with scenes set in New York, Berlin, London and Paris, and looks to be as high octane as you’d expect.

There’s no official confirmation of platforms (Will it come to the Wii, we wonder) for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 yet, but the game is scheduled for an 8 November release, likely on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. We expect mroe details at E3 in Los Angeles next month.

Last year, Modern Warfare developer Infinity Ward’s founders left to set up a new studio, and are still embroiled in a legal battle with publisher Activision.
