An Assassin’s Creed Facebook page has gone live promising to unlock a secret about the next game if enough people poke at the Facebook Like button, fire off an email or send a tweet entreating their followers to head to the page. Read on for the Assassin’s Creed 4 clues currently on display…
Currently the Facebook page shows a short with a fortress in the background and a hint of an assassin with a hidden hand bade in the same location as Altair had his.
The conclusion of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood showed a number of glyphs, including one which hinted at the French Revolution as well as American and Latin American revolutions and there’s glyphs-a-go-go in the teaser.
You can see the glitchy trailer over on the Facebook page. There’s text in there that appears to be Arabic, some dates that appear to fit with Altair and Ezio’s timelines from Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed 2 and Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.
If you can spot anything hints or clues in the Assassin’s Creed 4 Facebook teaser, share your theories in the comments. Ubisoft previously promised the next Assassin’s Creed game would be outed in May, so we may see news on Assassin’s Creed 4 before E3.
