The original iPad price drop is spreading! Today, Three has sliced a whopping £100 off the up front cost of the original iPad. This means that for £99 up front, Three is offering a 16GB iPad with Wi-fi and 3G on a £20 month contract with 15GB of data.
The drawback is that it’s not a monthly rolling contract, it’s a 24 month bad boy, so if you sign up for this bargainous deal, you probably won’t get to upgrade your iPad until a third or generation iPad has hit the shelves.

Infinity Blade is one of our favourite iPhone games/iPad games and it’s just about to get a dedicated iPad 2 update. The makers of Infinity Blade promise that the iPad 2 update will include “new optimisations specifically for iPad 2″ and will take “advantage of the processing power of iPad 2″. That suggests we’ll see pumped up polygon counts and higher resolution textures to enjoy. Since Infinity Blade already looks beautiful, we can’t wait to see how it looks on iPad 2.

A message from the Department Of No Surprises: investing in Apple stock appears to be a lot smarter financial move than buying Apple products.
Kyle Conroy has put together a fairly comprehensive list of Apple product prices at launch and how much Apple shares you bought for that price instead would be worth now. Beware, it will depress you…
