The iPhone 5 is a ways off according to the latest rumours. First we heard that we could see a hardware-free WWDC 2011, now chatter from China is suggesting Apple hasn’t started ordering parts to build the iPhone 5. Some commentators are now suggesting we will not see a new iPhone in 2011 and will have to wait until 2012 for the new device to break cover.
Rumours are rattling around about what the iPhone 5 will include with iPhone 5 NFC high on the agenda and some utterly mental suggestions (an iPhone 5 with a keyboard anyone?) but right now there’s really no strong indication of what Apple will out in the next incarnation of the iPhone.
