Nintendo 3DS: HMV hosts midnight launch

The Nintendo 3DS is just a couple of weeks away, due to drop into stores on 25 March. If you’re itching to get your hands on one then you’ll be pleased to know that HMV will be opening its doors in the dead of night, and kicking off sales at one minute past midnight for you to get your hands on a Nintendo 3DS.

The main event for the Nintendo 3DS launch will be going down at the HMV Oxford Street store in London, but 100 other stores will also be flinging open their doors at midnight. The full list of stores opening at midnight for the Nintendo 3DS launch can be found at HMV’s website here.

If you’re headed to the Oxford Street launch then get there early – the first 500 in the queue will be getting one free Nintendo 3DS game of their choice! You’ll also be handed goodie bags and freebies galore, with a “space blanket” to keep you warm, T-shirts, and a copy of the Official Nintendo Magazine.
