Interesting rumour time: Microsoft is reportedly prepping a Windows 8/Windows Next demo to show off the new OS on tablets in time for June. That would mean it would be showing off the new OS in its early form during the Computex conference. That makes sense as Microsoft usually goes pretty mob-handed to the show and really needs to get its tablet strategy back on track.

Business Insider’s source says Microsoft are taking a “more Apple-like approach to interface design” which is certainly intriguing, as is the suggestion that we’ll see elements of Microsoft’s current Media Center design thrown in there.
