Phew! Looks like we’ll all be able to keep hold of our kidney’s after all: the Motorola Xoom is not going to be as expensive as rumours were suggesting. Not only that – it’s cheaper than an iPad.
The Motorola Xoom will be priced at a pretty reasonable £450 here in the UK according to the pricing just uploaded to PC World. That’s for a Xoom with 32GB f storage and without 3G.
The PC World image on the Motorola Xoom page that was spotted with the £450 price tag listing has been swapped for one without a price and pre-order button now. Which raises a number of possibilities: PC World made a mistake, or this is a hoax. It’s small fry in the hoax stakes, so we’re putting our eggs in the PC World made a mistake basket.
Is the Motorola Xoom cheap enough for you to get your wallet out? Shout out in the comments!
