Yesterday we also got a closer look at the doubly touch sensitive Sony Vaio L Series. This is a big screen all in one family PC that has not only a multi-touch screen, but a touch sensitive bezel too. Click through for more photos and pricing details.
The screen on the Vaio L series is HD, and there’s both HDMI out and in. The bezel has Sony “Edge access”, which means that tapping the bezel brings you an extra batch of shortcuts and one touch navigation. The screen has multi touch capabilities as well, so you can open images, zoom in ad out – everything you expect to be able to do on your average touchscreen smartphone, only this is a PC, and its running Windows 7.
There are two spec options for the Sony Vaio L series: an Intel i5 processor, or an Intel i7 processor, which will set you back £1200 and £1500 respectively. There’s also an integrated HD webcam, NVIDIA-powered graphics, Bluetooth and USB 3.0.
Out May 2011 | £1200-£1500 | Sony
