After several emails and a few phone calls, they have asked me to take my tablet to a retailer near me to send it off for inspection. NOW what? Wait for weeks to have it replaced? I tried this morning and they just fobbed me off with the same 'reset' nonsense. As if we are that stupid to not try that anyway.
