Dungeon Siege 3 is an RPG game that sees players attempt to rebuild a once powerful Legion and attempt to stop the Kingdom of Ehb falling into evil hands. This third outing is the first time that Dungeon Siege will be heading to consoles, having previously found a home exclusively on PC.
Developer Obsidian Entertainment (You know, the folks behind Fallout New Vegas) hopes that it will deliver the RPG experience console fans want. Does it? We got a good, hard, early look: read on for our Dungeon Siege 3 hands-on first impressions.
The beta launch of the Battlestar Galactica MMOG is just around the corner. Developer Bigpoint says it is “readying the open beta launch” as we speak.

Starting from today, the BBC has announced that Freesat viewers will be getting a beefed up service from the Beeb. Freesat viewers can now access the BBC’s single stream video services, on top of the Sport Multiscreen service from the initial launch.
The first bit of extra BBC Red Button content that Freesat folks will be able to tune into is exclusive content from Episodes, and the Being Human spin off, Becoming Human, which will kick off on 30 January.

After news a couple of months ago that Amazon had sod more Kindle ebooks than paperbacks, those sales have now crept past sales of paperbacks too. For every 100 paperbacks bought on Amazon it sells around 115 Kindle ebooks, and Kindle ebooks sell triple the amount of hardbacks.
But while Amazon is talking a lot about sales of ebooks for the Kindle, what we still don’t know is how many it has sold. The last figure Amazon set on Kindle sales was simply to say “millions”, which is vague enough to mean almost nothing.

Yesterday the PSP 2 broke cover, and there was a massive leak of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play. We asked you, after getting a close p of both these devices, which one came top of your wish list: the PSP 2 or the Xperia Play.
The PSP 2 blew the Xperia Play out of the water, with 49% of the vote, and the Xperia Play only managed to snag 13% of the vote. 29% of you didn’t want either of the new consoles, and 9% were hankering after both.
