Got Kinect? Got a Mac? There’s now no need to hack a solution together to make your Mac play nice with Kinect as Kinect 3D Viewer which uses Kinect to generate 3D models of you on your Mac has hit the Mac App Store. The application is free and creates 3D images using depth data and mapping RGB values. It’s a clever little app and lets you zoom and rotate the images you create. Can we have some Kinect games for Mac next please developer types?

Last week, the iPad 2 screen resolution and camera smarts seemed to be spilled in the latest iPad SDK but other clues have popped up at Best Buy. A series of three listening popped up briefly on the retailer’s website but have subsequently pulled. Some slightly wonky looking Angry Birds Lego cropped up in the middle of last month, but now Lego fanatic Tsang Yiu Keung (aka Chiukeung) has upped the ante with these ridiculously accurate Angry Birds Lego models. If you’re planning on buying the Angry Birds board game, we reckon these models might become invaluable once you’re a pig down and the red bird is stuck behind the sofa. Angry Birds is soon coming to a household near you. In board game fashion. Hidden amongst the tech truffles at CES 2011 was this bird-flinging four player toy recreation of the highly popular Angry Birds mobile game. It’s called Angry Birds Knock on Wood, and won’t reach shops till May 2011. See it in action here, in our video of the week.
