Been used to our best iPhone apps of the week round up? We’re going one better with one great new iPhone app for your every day. Today’s best iPhone app is iSuper8.

It’s a video app that brings the kind of retro image smarts we’ve become used to in stills via Hipstamatic and Instagram to video recording. It harnesses the aesthetics of old school Super 8 film but grafts on features like Facebook sharing, 720p recording and the ability to fire off video clips via email. Angry Birds is getting bigger and bigger. Just last week we saw Angry Birds Rio announced and Peter Vesterbacka, the self-styled Mighty Eagle of Rovio, has been talking about the future. Mario is a better benchmark.” It may well be but do you think Angry Birds can fly past Mario? Or is that hyperbole?

Looks like iPhone 5 production well on the way. That’s according to sources in South Korea. Samsung factories are working overtime with reports suggesting that Samsung has agreed to “quadruple monthly shipments of [processors] to Apple”. That means 50% of Samsung production capacity is dedicated to pumping out iPhone 5 Apple A5 chips and the firm is also said to be planning a new $3.6bn plant in Austin, Texas to ensure it can ship more mobile processors to Apple. The iPhone 5 A5 chip is said to be similar but not identical to the processors inside the Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Samsung Galaxy Player.
