Found the banter of these two ex-Sky footie pundits entertaining? Perhaps you’ll like the Andy Gray & Richard Keys iPhone app, which has just arrived on the iPhone App Store, and sees animated versions of the disgraced pair “discuss the most outrageous, funny, stupid and unbelievable quotations from footballers, managers and commentators alike”. Except, it seems, their own.
While we’ve not downloaded the Andy Gray & Richard Keys iPhone app (We have better things to spend £1.19 on), the first reviewer of the app on the store says he is “severely disappointed that this does not contain the duo’s classic lines such as ‘did you smash it’” and “‘Just put that down there love’”. Pity, that.
On the plus side, the Andy Gray & Richard Keys iPhone app does let you set various older Andy grace catchphrases as ringtones, including “take a bow”.
Interestingly, the developer says in a press release that the timing of this app is purely coincidental. “We are fully aware of the limelight surrounding Andy and Richard at the moment and would like to stress that this application has absolutely nothing to do with what has happened this past week or so.”
